We have been busy here at ConceptShare … we have rolled a feature that originally was exclusive to our educational clients ….but it made so much sense for everyone we figured it would be best to roll out across the system.  Your my workspaces page is going to look a bit different the major changes to this page are:

Folders – Users can now folder thier workspaces to make it easier for users to find the appropriate workspaces. Workspaces folders can be used to identify

• Different departments with in your organizations
• Clients / Projects
• Classes in a School setting

Redesigned look – We tweaked the my workspaces page to add a few new buttons as well as making the navigation around the workspaces easier. This will make getting aroung and managing your workspaces easier with larger icons and menus.

Bulk adding of users to a workspace – It is easier to add a list of email addresses to a workspace. Copy and paste your list list …how ever it is formatted.
